TEHILA COSMETICS – REFUND & RETURN POLICY 

General Policy 

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons. However, we are committed to your satisfaction. 

Damaged or Defective Products 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the issue. 

We will offer a replacement or a full/partial refund depending on the situation. 

Incorrect Orders 

If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Packages 

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier first, then reach out to us for further assistance. 

Tehila Cosmetics will assist but is not liable for confirmed delivered shipments. 

Order Cancellations 

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible. 

Refund Processing Time 

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
