We deliver anywhere in Nigeria. Here's exactly what to expect once you order.
Where we deliver
- We deliver to any address in Nigeria.
- Ordering from abroad? You're welcome to order here. Just enter a Nigerian delivery address at checkout: family, friends, or your own address for your next trip home. Prices are shown and charged in naira (₦).
How long it takes
- Processing: we prepare and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. During launches and promotions this can take up to 5 business days.
- Delivery: after dispatch, orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days.
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with courier delays.
Delivery cost
- Standard delivery is a flat ₦4,500.
- Delivery is free on orders of ₦35,000 or more. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
- You'll see the delivery cost in your bag before you check out, so there are no surprises.
Tracking your order
We don't offer automated tracking yet. For an update on your order, message us on WhatsApp at 09031487445 or email support@tehilacosmeticsltd.com with your order number, and we'll tell you where it is.
Getting your address right
Please double-check the delivery address and include a phone number the courier can reach. If you're sending to someone else, use their phone number. We can't be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
If your parcel says delivered but hasn't arrived
Please check with the courier first, then contact us and we'll help you follow it up.
